SIVA kick-off meeting


The kick-off meeting of the European project SIVA (South East Europe improved virtual accessibility through joint initiatives facilitating the rollout of broadband networks), which is funded by the South East Europe Transnational Cooperation Programme, took place in Kozani on the 27th and 28th of November 2012. Lead partner of the project is the Regional Association of Local Governments of Western Macedonia, while the consortium consists of eleven (11) partners and nine (9) observers from southeastern Europe.

The SIVA project is being funded under Priority Axis 3 – Improvement of the Accessibility of the South East Europe Programme, achieving the corresponding objectives through the Area of Intervention (AoI) 3.2 – Develop strategies to tackle the 'digital divide'.
