PPP4Broadband aims to improve the development of virtual accessibility in South-East European rural areas - using PPP model - in order to increase rural economic and social development. SIVA Quality Assessment Tool

The SIVA project’s main focus has been, from its inception, the regions that are disadvantaged in terms of broadband access. That is why, we developed a tool that will show the satisfaction with existing broadband connections as well as highlight the areas where potential users lack access. The main component of the developed tool is the questionnaire that the end users will can fill out and report on their current quality of experience. 


Digitalising Greece with more than EUR 389 million of EU regional funds

Common cost reduction assessment tool

In the context of activity A423 of the SIVA project, the development and pilot operation of a common cost reduction assessment tool will take place. University of Patras is the responsible partner for the development of the tool, while the pilot tests will take place in the Regions of Western Macedonia, Crete, Molise, Kyustendil, in the city of Burgas and in the Milano metropolitan area. 


The SIVA project is being funded under Priority Axis 3 – Improvement of the Accessibility of the South East Europe Programme, achieving the corresponding objectives through the Area of Intervention (AoI) 3.2 – Develop strategies to tackle the 'digital divide'.
