Report on the needs, requirements, architecture and functional features, deployment steps, performance criteria for a common transnational information system benchmarking the quality of experience of the virtual accessibility of SEE areas.

The objective of this activity is the analysis of the needs of all concerned stakeholders and corresponding design of the mechanism aiming to include features that will provide an in depth and within the specific settings of SEE areas understanding of the current situation, problems, needs and requests of citizens and businesses in order to develop, test, and assess a transnational mechanism for citizens and businesses of SEE areas and to report on their quality of experience regarding broadband infrastructures and services (speeds / needs / expectations, etc), as an information basis to support decisions and strategies planning.
